Return & Refund Policy

At El-Muntaha Boutique, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're happy to help. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or exchange. 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Hijabs

Undergarments or innerwear

Earrings

Gift cards

Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We gladly exchange eligible items, subject to product availability.

Please note that some products are part of limited edition or seasonal collections. Because these collections are produced in limited quantities, they may sell out quickly and may not be restocked. As a result, exchanges for these items may not always be possible.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible return may be processed instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.
